Agreement. www.Delta7Group.com (the "Site") is operated by Delta 7 Group, LLC ("Delta 7") and is offered conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms without modification. Your use of the Site constitutes agreement to all such Terms. The Site is a professional services site describing the services offered by Delta 7.

Electronic communications. Visiting the Site or emailing Delta 7 constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices and disclosures provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or concerning these Terms that the parties cannot resolve shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator administered by the American Arbitration Association or a similar service selected by the parties, in a mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's award shall be final and judgment may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The scope and enforceability of this provision shall be determined by the arbitrator, and this provision survives termination of these Terms.

Liability disclaimer. The information, software, products and services available through the Site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delta 7 disclaims all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use or performance of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to discontinue using it. Where the exclusion or limitation of liability is not permitted, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Termination; governing law. Delta 7 may terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California. No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship exists between you and Delta 7 as a result of these Terms. If any part of these Terms is held invalid, it will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely matches its intent and the remainder will continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Delta 7 regarding the Site. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms be written in English.

Changes. Delta 7 may change these Terms at any time; the most current version supersedes all previous versions.
